Eloise Brice Strategy is a Houston‑based consulting firm dedicated to strengthening nonprofit organizations through experienced leadership, disciplined strategy, and a deep understanding of philanthropic culture. Founded and led by Eloise Brice, the firm builds on more than four decades of distinguished service in Houston’s nonprofit community and in senior advancement roles at leading universities and healthcare institutions across the country. Her leadership has guided organizations through periods of growth, transition, and transformational fundraising.

Eloise has earned a reputation for elevating organizations by developing strong volunteer boards, designing and executing major capital campaigns, launching sustainable fundraising programs, and building the internal structures necessary for long‑term success. Her work has been recognized across the region, including the Byron Welch Award for Lifetime Achievement, honoring her enduring commitment to innovation in nonprofit leadership.

Most recently, Eloise served as Vice Chancellor for Advancement and Alumni at the University of Houston System and Vice President for Advancement and Alumni at the University of Houston. Under her leadership, the University of Houston System launched and surpassed its first $1 billion fundraising campaign, achieving the goal 18 months ahead of schedule. In total, she raised $2 billion for the System. She has also held senior advancement roles at Vanderbilt University and Penn State University, contributing to major fundraising and development initiatives at both institutions.

Eloise is the author of I’ll Do Anything, Just Don’t Make Me Fundraise: A Guide for Reluctant Fundraising Volunteers, available on Amazon.
